Dream Cars Credit was originally established as “Dream Cars” in 1999 near Lake Travis. We were located on Highway 620, just South of Mansfield Dam. We moved to our current Highway 290 East location in January of 2006. Our philosophy is that our business will ultimately be successful if we do two things well:
- Do everything possible to sell only the best used cars
- Treat everyone the way we would like to be treated - REGARDLESS of credit history or anything else!
The only way to provide the best cars possible is to have strict standards by which we buy our vehicles. Then we have to thoroughly inspect them (120+ points) and then fix and recondition everything that is needed. This seems simple, but most used car dealers just buy cars, clean them up and put them for sale on their lot. We have a full time staff of 7 people who inspect and recondition our vehicles.
We have found that most people dread buying a vehicle and we think that is a sad state of affairs. We strive to make sure everyone who leaves Dream Cars Credit, whether or not they buy, leaves feeling like they had a great experience with us. We accomplish this by trying to understand each customers unique needs and trying to find ways we can help them get what they want. We never try to pressure our customers. We see our role as answering questions, providing information, and offering solutions for your consideration. We want to work with you to solve your transportation and/or credit problems - whatever they might be. Again, it seems simple, but often overlooked.
